Efficacy Intensive
When you need support on a specific issue
Boss not hearing you? Direct report not having it? Colleague doesn’t understand you? The Efficacy Intensive includes (3) 50 minute high impact discussions using the CLEAR Coaching Framework/Effective Interaction Model to help us get specific and develop an actionable path to progress. We’ll work on a specific workplace situation and develop strategies with repeated role-playing practice to establish familiarity and confidence in otherwise difficult situations.

Using the Intentional Change framework, we start with a deep definition of who we are and who we want to be. From there, we go deep, getting an understanding of how you show up in the world ‘as you are,’ from the people who know you best, and giving you real-time feedback from your workplace interactions.
Over a series of weekly meetings over the course of 6 months we transform your learning plan and action steps into sustainable real-world results that align with who you set out to become and create the changes you have been seeking for so long. Includes access to Mary for real-time situations and feedback throughout the course of the engagement.

When you just want to know how you are doing
Do you feel like your words often get misused or misunderstood in business settings? Are you looking for someone to give you an honest, unbiased perspective on your communication style? This is the session for you. We offer 2 options: We attend your next Team Zoom as an off camera “Notetaker” or you can simply send us a recording.
We’ll observe and give you real-time feedback you can apply to your next interactions, offering a window for change to make them more concise and effective.
